Yoga Wind-Down is designed for the transition between effort and rest — the moment after practice when the body is warm and the mind is ready to follow. Filled with natural linseed and infused with mandarin and may chang essential oils, it rests inside a soft cotton cover that shapes gently to the face, blocks out light, and releases a bright, citrusy aroma that feels grounding rather than stimulating.

The inner linseed pillow can be chilled in a freeze-proof container for at least an hour for a cooler feel, and empties for washing via the Velcro opening — ensure the seal is fully secure before use. Handmade in Sheffield and presented in a gift box with a cotton storage bag, it is equally at home in a yoga bag or on a bedside table. Not suitable for small children or during pregnancy.
