Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch at help@hamptonandcole.co.uk — we'd be happy to look into options for you.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer weight-based delivery rates depending on your location within the United Kingdom:

Mainland UK

  • Orders up to 2,000g: £3.99
  • Orders 2,001g and over: £6.99

Northern Ireland & Scotland

  • Orders up to 2,000g: £3.99
  • Orders 2,001g and over: £14.50

Please note that some products may have different shipping rates due to their size, weight, or supplier requirements. Any variations will be clearly indicated on the product page before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, promotional offers may also affect delivery rates or thresholds — any such offers will be clearly communicated at the time.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary by product. Some items, particularly larger or made-to-order products, may have longer lead times which will be stated on the product page. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather.

Split Shipments

Some orders may contain items that are dispatched separately and arrive in multiple packages, potentially on different days. This is normal and does not indicate that part of your order is missing. You will receive separate dispatch notifications for each shipment where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
